Who we service
CLSDP focuses on youth between the ages of 16 and 21 who are without a high school education and/or interest and want to pursue a career in the culinary arts or restaurant service industry.
The program also includes individual counseling and an internship component that will afford the program participants an opportunity to put their acquired skills to work in the local Hattiesburg area restaurants.
